Please Note: The shop operates as a fully self-guided, independent work space with limited guidance—users are expected to work safely and autonomously. Always check the shop hours before planning your visit as some areas may be unavailable while classes are in session.
MEMBERSHIP TYPES
Enjoy a flexible, month-to-month membership—cancel anytime. Stay for five consecutive months and get one month free or keep your membership for ten months and receive two months free!
SINGLE SHOP (PRINTMAKING OR SCULPTURE) MEMBERSHIP
Great for artists who want to deepen their practice in only one shop: printmaking or sculpture.
Members certified in all disciplines of a single shop have unlimited access to the entire designated shop during open hours.
For example: If you're certified in all areas of printmaking (screenprint, monoprint/relief, intaglio, letterpress, lithography), you have unlimited access to the full printmaking shop during open hours.
$125/month
DUAL MEMBERSHIP
Ideal for artists who are cross-disciplinary between printmaking or sculpture.
Members certified in multiple disciplines have unlimited access to their designated areas during open hours.
For example: If you're certified in Screenprinting (Printmaking) and Woodworking (Sculpture), you have unlimited access to both disciplines within their respective shops during open hours.
$175/month
PAPERMAKING RENTAL MEMBERSHIP
Perfect for those seeking access to professional equipment and the guidance of a skilled technician to bring their creative ideas to life.
Papermaking shop is available for rental on a project-by-project basis. Prospective members will rent the entire papermaking shop and be attended by a highly qualified papermaking technician to support your project needs and visions. A total anticipated estimate will be provided via email.
$60/day + $30–$40/hour for papermaking tech support (a papermaking technician is required to be present for the duration of your rental).
All memberships provide access to essential amenities like storage rentals, supply purchases, and library resources with Adobe Suite and printers.
- Printmaking Membership: Access to printmaking facilities during open shop hours.
- Sculpture Membership: Access to sculpture facilities during open shop hours.
- Papermaking Rental: Access to papermaking facilities by reservation.
Additional Perks for All-Area, Printmaking, and Sculpture Members:
- Free membership incentives: 1 free month after 5 consecutive renewals, 2 free months after 10.
- Eligibility for PAFA Member Print Exchange (Spring 2026) & PAFA Print Sale (Winter 2025).
